The office that took my payment was quick and thorough, and the young man who called for my car, helpful and polite. You just need to fire the driver entrusted to return my car for driving like a maniac. He drove my Porsche, very fast off the ramp and down to the delivery area, swerving and screeching the tires like he was racing in the Fortune 500. I even yelled to please to calm down as I feared he would damage my car. The employee who calls for vehicles even commented about his behavior. but the driver, who seemed drunk, just laughed and joked that I should give him my car. I was still shocked at the lack of respect for a customer and their personal property left in your care, such that I will think twice before using Love Field Valet ever again.
